Join us as we begin to create understanding, knowledge, and ideas for the development of an NSF ADVANCE proposal for Mason. We’ll engage in conversation with invited speakers who have led successful NSF ADVANCE grants and individuals who have facilitated remarkable change within their organization surrounding diversity and equity. Through our discussions, we will look for opportunities to identify and eliminate organizational barriers that impede the full participation and advancement of underrepresented faculty and create an agenda for change with an ADVANCE grant. Be part of this unique opportunity to shape our institution’s policies, practices, and values to foster greater equity and support better working conditions for our faculty and staff.
